The storyline they have with Carl is an intresting one. Sammie putting that Nazi symbol on Chuckie's forehead wowzers. With Chuckie being mentally disable I agree, I doubt they would send him to juvie, he has no idea what's even happening. I'm not sure what they would do but definitely not that. Ian looking ,more and more like the Joker.
