Maybe, the woman is resisting at first, but overtime she is overcome with the pleasure of being hypnotised and her will power slowly fades away. Her body language would show this with her slowly going limp, as she goes deeper into hypnosis. Eisen has a great idea too, quite similar to mine

I like very gradual inductions that highlight subtle differences in expression, body language as she goes deeper into hypnotic sleep. if you don't mind.
