Chapter 290: Doomsday of the Planet
🕑 Added 2025-04-15 14:04:20 +0000 UTCStrange Star System.
The meteorite that was transferred to this star system turned into a flaming meteor and rushed towards the only planet with life here.
It was a planet that was all emerald green.
As the line of sight got closer.
The people in the live broadcast room were surprised to find that this emerald green planet was full of various emerald green plants, all of which they did not recognize.
And on this planet, there are many animals living, which they have never seen before.
In addition to animals, there are some “people”.
It’s just that these people look a little different from the people they know. The skin is a light green, and there are two tentacles on the head. They look almost the same, regardless of gender. Or perhaps there is no gender.
Although these creatures look like a green person, perhaps they can be called vegetative people. But the people of Douluo Continent really can’t regard these things as the same kind.
[Are these the people from other worlds?]
[They look too weird.]
[I don’t recognize these things as people!]
[It should be just a kind of humanoid soul beast!]
[Definitely not a human!]
[But you see they can build houses, write, and even hunt and make tools… With this kind of wisdom, are they still beasts?]
[…]
A series of bullet comments passed by, and the people in the live broadcast room were silent at the end.
Turn back to the video.
At this time, on this emerald green planet full of plants, these green “vegetative people” did not realize the crisis. They were still working hard, holding tools similar to hoes in their hands, planting some strange plants.
At this time, the whole world suddenly seemed to turn red!
Countless green vegetative people subconsciously looked up at the sky, only to see that the entire sky was occupied by a piece of red!
“Ya Mei Die Ku Ku Si Barasi? (The sun fell?)…” Many vegetative people murmured unconsciously, speaking an unknown language.
The meteor fell very quickly and landed on this planet in almost the blink of an eye.
“Boom!!!”
The meteor that fell from the sky shattered the earth and even caused a terrifying earthquake!
The land of half of the planet was affected, and the waves of air were shaken. The secret spider-web-like lines spread in all directions with the point where the meteorite landed as the center!
The terrifying high temperature melted the soil, and everyone’s perspective followed the meteorite, constantly penetrating the thick rock layer, and rushed madly to the underground layer, the core of the planet!
All the way, the high temperature carried by the meteorite easily melted the surrounding rock and soil layers, just like walking through the water. The meteor did not encounter any resistance from the rock at all.
Finally.
The meteorite went all the way down and finally penetrated the surface layer and entered the core of the planet.
This is a fiery red world, with a substance like magma flowing everywhere.
After the meteorite entered here, it was as if it had returned home and completely quieted down.
Begin to quietly immerse yourself in this fiery red world, as if you just want to take a bath here?
But even the audience knows that this meteorite definitely has a purpose.
It broke through the surface and came to the core area. What exactly does it want to do?
The audience in the live broadcast room was puzzled, and just watched the video quietly.
At this time, the video screen jumped from the center of the earth to the surface of the planet, and it can be seen that many vegetative people on this planet died because of the arrival of the meteorite. After the turmoil subsided, the surviving vegetative people quietly came to the source of the disaster.
Looking at the vast and boundless huge deep pit, the vegetative people seemed to regard this as a punishment from God. Lying on the ground, they began to speak in an unknown language. There were even many vegetative people who took the initiative to jump into the bottomless meteorite crater to end their lives.
Time began to fast forward.
Soon, the originally hot meteorite crater gradually cooled down. The hazards of the original ground fissures around it were also calmed down with the passage of time. Even many plants gradually grew.
The meteorite crater that was almost melted out, and even gradually grew many plants around it, and the entire pit was gradually covered with green…
Everything seemed to be developing in a good direction, returning to its original state? It seemed that the meteorite had no other impact on the planet except for bringing a natural disaster.
But soon, everyone in the live broadcast room found that the planet was slowly changing.
The video suddenly jumped to space, allowing the audience to clearly see the changes of the planet from a macro perspective.
They saw that the planet that was originally covered with emerald green, the strong green was slowly fading.
Everyone found that this was because the plants on the planet were gradually decreasing with the passage of time, so the green would fade.
[Is it just the reduction of plants?]
[Is this done by this meteorite?]
[It looks weird…]
[What if all the plants are gone?]
[If they are gone, they are gone.]
[I always feel that this is not a good thing…]
Time passed by little by little.
One year, ten years, a hundred years…
The video shows the changes of this planet to the audience in a fast-forward state.
The originally lush green planet, the conspicuous green has been reduced by 80% after hundreds of years. The plants on the planet have become scarce, and the earthy yellow color of the planet has gradually appeared… The animals and those vegetative people on it are also due to the changes in the planetary environment. And then a large area of death followed…
Until the green color of the planet decreased by 90%, all the creatures on it finally died out. Whether it is humans or animals, they seem to have lost something to survive.
The audience In the live broadcast room couldn’t understand it, but they just felt inexplicably that all this should be related to the meteorite.
Finally.
Until all the green on the planet disappeared.
The planet that originally looked lush and green and full of vitality has now completely turned into a barren earthy yellow. There is no vitality from it, only an inexplicable desolation and dead silence!
But at this point, the changes of the planet have not stopped.
The earth gradually became dry, and fine cracks appeared on the entire planet… as if all the essence had been extracted by something.
Reality, the Divine Realm.
Through the newly dispatched priest, with a trace of divine consciousness attached to it, the five god kings who were watching the live broadcast saw the scene in the video, and they immediately understood what was happening.
“This is… the origin energy of the entire planet is being absorbed!” The goddess of life exclaimed in a low voice.
“How did he do it?” The evil god frowned and said in surprise: “How can he carry such a powerful energy?”
“Perhaps this is a kind of race that wanders in the universe and specializes in looking for life planets to parasitize and absorb energy.” The Asura God guessed.
“It’s useless for us to just guess here, let’s keep watching.” The God of Kindness said.
The gods nodded, and then focused their attention on the video in the live broadcast room again, wanting to know how the follow-up developments would be.
