IPA lens cloth mailing: put your address in this form if it's not already on Patreon
🕑 Added 2022-10-06 23:41:35 +0000 UTCIf you have access to this post on the day it’s being posted, congratulations! You’re on board for our lens cloth special offer!
This email is about what happens next, including timelines where we have any control over them.
We are sending the IPA art to the printers this week to be printed onto lens cloths. This is the first time we’ll also see the finished product and we’re pretty excited! They estimate that it will take two-three weeks to print and ship the cloths. We’ll be using that time to make sure everyone’s mailing details are up to date, and getting all the shipping materials like stamps and envelopes together.
We’re grateful to have a team in the USA who are doing fulfillment, as this makes sending the lens cloths as speedy as possible for the largest number of our patrons. They’re scheduled to get fulfillment done by the first week of November (as long as everything arrives) and we’re hoping this means the majority of the lens cloths will make their way to you by the start of the holiday season.
We will be using the mailing address you have listed on Patreon (double-check your mailing address on Patreon here).
What if I don’t have my address on Patreon? What if I have the wrong address on Patreon?
That’s totally ok, you can use this online form to share your address with us by Wed, October 12. We will not share it with Patreon.
If you update your address on Patreon now we won’t see it for this special offer, so please do also use the form.
What if I want to send the lens cloths to another address/person?
You’re very kind! You can put the name and address of someone else using this online form, again by Wed, October 12.
Please note, if you’re at the Ling-phabet tier or higher and receiving multiple cloths, we can only send them all to a single address.
If you update your address on Patreon now we won’t see it for this special offer, so please do also use the form.
What if I am just happy supporting Lingthusiasm and don’t want anything in the mail?
Thanks! You can let us know using this online form and we won’t try and chase you up again. Or, if you don't get us your address by Wed, October 12 after the reminder email, we will assume that you don't want one.
What if my country has specific requirements regarding mail?
Our online address update form includes a section at the end where you can add any information that the mailing team should consider when sending you mail.
Stay Lingthusiastic!

Fab, thanks!!
Not too late Anna, we got your entry!
All good Carolyn, we got yours, sorry Patreon didn't make it easy!
I just filled in the form today because I am very disorganised. I hope it isn't too late!

My address is listed in my Patreon account and I had thought you could see it - so only realised today when I saw the email about the form to fill in because you didn't have my address - Patreon don't make this clear!! Anyway I hope I am not too late- I have filled in the form today.
We're sorry Patreon doesn't make it easy to add your address to your Lingthusiasm membership, now we've downloaded the addresses you'll need to fill in the online form for us to update : https://forms.gle/31So1NQRcp9uzcW39
We're sorry that the Patreon interface isn't that clear, in this case, filling in the online form means we'll definitely be able to ship to you: https://forms.gle/31So1NQRcp9uzcW39
Hi Alison, it should be! You can also add a note to the online update form if you're not sure and want to make sure we double check we got everything right!

I have the same question as Redvers, my address is there but seems to be only for use by a different creator.
Is my Patreon user name my display name? I think I log in with my email address and I don’t see anything else in my account settings, at least on my phone
So my address is in patreon but it isn't being shared with you but two other people I support. I've explored the UI but can't seem to add a way to add you so you can see it.

I would just like to say that I, a recent Patron, saw the notification for this message and immediately started whistling Ancient City by The Triangles
Maybe ask a friend or someone if you can have something shipped to them (if you don't know your new address yet). The fulfillment is all happening in one go, so this is the timeline we're working with. 📮📫
What if I'm moving in the next month?
