What kinds of Lingthusiasm merch would you be interested in?
🕑 Added 2017-08-30 02:13:31 +0000 UTC Our next bonus episode is going to be about doing linguistic research, especially when you're just getting started, not at a university, or don't have a huge budget. It was a tie with the previous topic, so we're happy to see that all the suggestions have been so popular, but we also don’t want to deprive you of a chance to click buttons and make your thoughts known this month! So instead, we're bringing you a MERCH POLL. We posted a photo of a couple handmade Lingthusiasm buttons/badges on social media a little while back, and some people expressed an interest in merch!
But what kind of merch?? Before we go to all the effort of designing some seriously snazzy-looking linguistics items, we want to ask you what you think we should prioritize. Clothing? Stickers? Bags? Subtle linguistics or full-blown geekery? You're our expert marketing department who's brought us so many listeners so far, and now we want to know, what would make you suggestively forward a link to a close friend or family member a month before your birthday?
You can select as many options as you'd like! And if you have any other ideas, do let us know in the comments! (This is all, of course, assuming that we find a way to produce things in a reasonably cost-effective manner. If you have a price limit or other factors that would influence your decision, that would also be useful information! Feel free to comment here or message us directly.)

Dresses would be cool
A phone cover would be awesome, if: it was able to be valid as a protective tool and it was useable for my phone model (Google Pixel). I marked a few of the other options though, as well. I hope merch works out in time for my Birthmas later this year!
