I had already had a strong hunch that the person in the barometric chamber was godalkin. But until you said it I hadn't even considered that he was puppeteering cipher as a proxy to puppeteering other people makes you wonder how far down the chain he can go. But the moment you said it so many little things clicked into place. Kinda wish you hadn't said it and kinda grateful you did.
