Because I didn't have enough processor power to bake this simulation of fluidity. I tested a couple of ways to create blood and at the moment water simulation is the best option + add some blood texture.
The new processor is 3 times more powerful and baked the last successful simulation of water (blood) into speech in 7 hours.
