No set time of release but should be earlier in the day EST time
(Both chunks will release to all patrons and former at the same time)
Pledges for this month will be paused.
First beta release and the start of the 52 for 52 is still April 3rd. (100 renders)
I'm a one man show at the moment. Mackenzie has been away dealing with some events in her personal life so things haven't gone exactly how I hoped they would.
Still getting all of this out this week, just need to take an easier route.
Large releases are very draining, I don't vibe with 'em. Outside of the remake, these should be the last of them for at least a year.
I know we held a poll and the vast majority selected 1 big update instead of 3 chunks... oops.
Doing it this way mostly to alleviate and spread out the release pressure and anyone who prefers to wait for it all have the option to wait for the 26th.
Also I haven't been able to complete the additional scene due to real life responsibilities and I don't want to hold everything while I finish it since there's still a good chunk of update that I'm comfortable putting out on its own.
The "Rest of Day 32" is essentially the basketball game.
I mentioned in the first release that I didn't want to end the update on a weird vibe with halftime and everything, I think I went a little too negative with some things and I'm going to spend some of the next few days tweaking that.
Though tbh the 23rd was picked mainly due to that being when my irl responsibilities are over.
The 26th was chosen for the rest as that's when I know I'll be finished with the addon scene.
So yep, as much as I wish I could've slapped the rest of everything down today, that's just not how things have worked out but we're only 6 days away from it.
Like I've mentioned, these releases take a lot out of me especially with Mack being away. Doing it this way helps with a lot of that while also bridging the gap to the new release schedule. There's a lot of invisible positives that these 6 days bring.
And I'm very glad to hear that the response to the first chunk was very positive for the most part.
The biggest negative that I know of was people being upset with the black box censoring the MC's face. Which is understandable, that's something that I started doing with the basketball game, there's shots of the play happening and him sitting on the bench. Had to come up with a way to hide that, of course you start with the awkward blocking with people and a whole lot of other scuffed shit before you just say fuck it and put a box on that mug. That will continue for the rest of these chunks but I'll look into alternatives for the future.
When Mack is back, she'll let everyone know about how we'll handle the side content and also any other relevant info.
