I was actually able to be a dev this week! So things are definitely getting back on track finally. So let's talk about what this month should look like from here on out.
Game / dev related stuff:
- I've decided to focus on releasing the rest of day 9 as a single update. While my eyes are finally to a point where looking at a screen doesn't make them feel awful anymore... I'm still remaining cautious and not over-doing anything as I can still feel them straining if I don't take breaks or if I do anything tasking for too long. I think the biggest mistake I can make right now is trying to rush back into everything and ending up where I was a few weeks ago.
- I have a release date in my head but I'm going to refrain from making it public. Mainly due to the fact that I'm not 100% comfortable with sharing it when there's still a chance of a set back or whatever. I feel a large portion of the frustration some of you and I've felt is caused by me giving out loose dates so I'm going to take my own advice and hold back on that this time around. Though I will say it will likely be in the latter half of April. 😊
- This update is north of 1000 renders and has many animations
- Reminder: pledges will be paused again this month
- I'll be updating the tiers soon to reflect the changes in release schedule. With this comes new tier images as well as a new banner.
- I still plan to do the long post explaining all the changes to the tiers and the release schedule as well as the FAQ/Q&A post. Both likely coming after the update this month.
- As well as the monthly render set will be dropping a few days after the update
Renders made this prior week:
New - 51 renders and 1 animation
Week 1 redo - 0 renders and 1 animation
(Only was able to render for the last few days of the week, renders are nice since they have a built in 30 minute break 😁)
Personal related stuff:
- First I'd like to say thank you for all the kind messages and well wishes I received from the news I dropped last week. You guys are awesome. 😊
- It's been another boring week from a personal life perspective as I'm still focused on healing up which means doing a whole lot of nothing. So not much to share at all this week.
That's it for me. It's mostly good news this time around which is always a nice thing. I'll probably be quiet on here for the rest of the week as I get myself back into the groove of everything.

Love the game and just keep to your own schedule. Has anyone mentioned Blepharitis. I have that and will have it for the rest of my life. It can cause your eyes to close in great pain. Only fixes are bathing with medicated wipes and eye drops.

I solved that problem by getting a bigger screen and sitting far away, I can still see detail but the focal point of my eyes is farther out and I am away from screen radiation.

Dude, Favs depend on the girl and the situation. Doggy for plowing, Cowgirl for letting them do the work and still others for Missionary and reverse CG that let you get a good choke in there every once in a while ( of course only if she is cool with it Patreon). Tough choice, tough choice indeed. Hey have you tried wearing sunglasses while working at your computer, I know sometime if I do a really long session in front of the keyboard my eyes can feel like they are burnt like a sun burn. Sun glasses or one of those blue screen filters might help if that's the case. Just a thought.

Yeah that's fair. I always prefer to do first person in most situations but there are some positions / scenes that just work and look better in third. Like cowgirl is almost always a guaranteed first person position while certain types of missionary pretty much require third person.

You're absolutely right and it's something I do wish I utilized more in the past. I for some reason always felt like I had to be in 5th gear and rush to completion and my release dates in the past reflected that. For the meantime I intend to shy away from release dates until I'm more consistent with them for my own sanity. But I'll likely do it this way when I am more consistent with dates.

I'm sorry you feel that way. We can chat about it if you want to but I can assure you I'm not trying to string anyone along. I pause my pledges when I'm unable to deliver for whatever reason and unluckily that's been something like 8 of the last 12 months but I've been through some real shit and I've been open and honest about it, and despite my pausing I don't stop working on the game. So that sort of takes all of the motivation someone would have to string along a community about a release date, so I'd love to hear why you feel that way still.

I'm a developer for a living as well. Something to consider when establishing dates. Bake in days for the unexpected (sick days, computer problems, code complications, emergencies, personal days to prevent burn out, etc). So then if you say "I'll have the update out on 6/1" and you release it on 5/25 because you gave yourself about a week baked in time for speedbumps you look like a hero. Under Promise Over Deliver.
