You think that once a human gets turned into a werewolf, they suddenly look like Tarzan or Thor? Nah! And yeah, we may get supernaturally gifted, in more ways than one haha, but our bodies stay the same size. We donât magically grow an 8 pack and get those rock hard buns and thighs. I got turned at the age of 26 and it took me 10 years to get to where I am. [brief pause]
Yeah! Progress isnât instant. I mean, I donât want you to get discouraged, but what you have right now, I believe you humans call it ânewbie gainsâ. Thatâs where you see an insane amount of progress in a short time, but then you hit aâŠsomewhat of a plateau if you will. Then it gets harder and harder. But, with enough patience and hard work, YOU as well get harder and harder. I mean hell, I get harder and harder when I go to the gym. That just means Iâm getting a good pump. And you know how much I love pumping! Iâm gonna look like the Terminator without the steroids haha. [brief pause] Well of course Iâll spot you. Letâs start you off with shoulder presses. Here, take these 30 lb / 13.6 kilo dumbbells in each arm, alright and then we make an L shape and when we go down, we want our elbows to almost be at our last rib and then push upwards towards the sky! Alright ready, letâs go for 5 reps okay?! Come on, you got this. Letâs go baby, letâs go! And 1âŠyeah! And 2âŠyeah!! 3 hahaha yeah 4âŠboom and come on letâs go come on! Come on 1 moreâŠ1 more yeah you got this andâŠ.BOOYAH 5!!! You did it!!! Youâre so awesome!! Haha alright get some water. So, why do you suddenly have these negative thoughts? You used to never give a crap about what people thought and you knew this took time; so why the negativity? Your ex?? WHAAAA?? Whatâd they say? [brief pause]
Oh that is a load of bologna. Screw them! You make your progress on your terms. Just because you didnât hit your weight loss goal or muscle growth goal doesnât make you a failure. And who are they to say shit? Were they a textbook version of a perfect specimen? Probably not! Like I said, growth takes time. Even for werewolves like myself. You just have to block out the voices. And hey, itâs okay to cheat on your diet every now and again. Just donât make it a habit. And Iâm not saying it in a âfat shamingâ way like they probably did, but in a way that I donât want you to die early or lose a foot or leg. Here, hold on spot me real quick. I need to hit my daily 800 lb / 364.8 kilo bench press real quick. *grunts* Alright ready? *held out grunt and in between grunts* You just have to focus on you. Itâs easy to look at yourself in the mirror and think because your buns arenât as firm as mutton or that you donât have 24 inch pythons (biceps) or your abs havenât come in yet that youâre doing poorly. I thought that wayâŠthen again I also had to think about the villagers chasing me so I could only work out on the beaches carrying boulders from point A to B at night haha. But, as decades went on, I drifted from place to place and soon I was able to have peace. Then you humans decided to invent the modern gym and the rest is history haha. My point is that you will reach your workout goal. And youâre beautiful just the way you are! [brief pause] Yeah! I totally mean that! Hey tell you what, how about we do some cardio.
