Thanks, C: But it's not my work. One friend of mine just wants to make some animation with my pics. But I still hesitate ^,^ Because it takes much more time to make a figure for animations.

It’s a great start. What program are you using? I animate full time in After Effects. I think there needs to be some work with ease frames to reduce the hard hits and some extra secondary animations(mouth and checks) will help create a more natural feel. And I think the motion path of the head can be a little snappier, right now it just wanders a bit. But like I said this is a really good first go.
