I wanted to capture the effect of ambient light at night, and after debating between a campfire and neon, I decided to go with neon for now. I didn't want to make the character too dark, as that could make it hard to see, so I kept it moderate.
It wasn't my intention to make it look like the night scene in a sexual sense, but it turned out this way when I leaned towards neon.
Strange characters from AI might actually fit surprisingly well in a Pokémon city.

Thank you! Exactly, I imagined her in a fictional city just like there!

Feel like Lillie is in Tokyo or Hong Kong at night
