I believe the popularity of characters like Dawn and Lillie among fans isn't just due to their appearances but also the memories associated with them. It's surely not simply because they look young.
In reality, most of the works that have received warnings or have been removed featured Lillie and Dawn. While their youthful appearances can't be helped, I also feel my own shortcomings in only being able to depict them that way. I'm frustrated that I haven't been able to capture their more intrinsic charm. I'd really like to do a version of Lillie around 27 years old properly.
This time, I wanted to make them look more mature, but their faces still come across as quite youthful. I may have gotten a bit greedy trying to blend the appeal of wide pants with a mature look, ending up with something in between. I'm contemplating whether a fundamental reconsideration is necessary to make them appear more mature while still bringing out Dawn's charm.

I also find the illustration very comfortable to look at! As for there being only one NSFW illustration... who knows why?
I am a hero too
Most of these feels very comfortable looking at them. Really liked the pose of her raising one arm while leaning on the wall. I find it hilarious that the only NSFW version is her getting undressed😂, but I find it fitting.
