Yeah, I have no idea why it was this needlessly difficult... But at least it resolved finally

Oh, I stopped bothering them, and gave up. Told them I'd just keep doing what I'm doing till they stop me from getting a payout, and go somewhere else; and I guess they finally took notice.

Definitely weird how that wasn’t an immediate backup plan for them. I can only guess some sort of security? Still, if it gives that much trouble, definitely need to fix that.
