Oh I just do it the generic way. They just poof back in an open spot wherever, around the pred. (And preds can also make them reappear wherever they want, like back in their stomach a second time >> )

I'm actually curious on how that works, I'm assuming prey get reformed somehow, but how exactly? I always love hearing the different ways people come up with to vore without killing the prey
