Actually it was, in his case, heheh X3 Raichus' are naturally much rounder than Pikas', aaaand that outfit probably doesn't help thing for him..~ Also he would love that... but wouldn't show it, and yes would zap you, probably ^^;

Yeah, it's totally just evolution that adds that weight.... Looks good on him tho, makes him extra squishy and huggable (don't tell him I said that, I don't wanna get zapped.... @_@)
