The frantic running was worth it, as we reached the downtown area of San Cézanne Street in no time.
There were still quite a few people there after the parade, but they were no longer the feverish crowd that had gathered in the square.
For better or worse, they seemed indifferent to us, all calm and quiet.
This made me think that the word ‘interest’ is a strange thing.
The word ‘people’ is used to describe a wide variety of individuals, usually gathered together for a common ‘interest’.
But although this is the case, the ‘people’ are often not ‘interested’ in anything other than their own immediate surroundings.
So, even though the place of execution was close by, and even though here and there people were leaving the square, and even though they had felt intense emotions of anger, pity, amusement, and horror, in that order, once they left the place, all these things seemed to have dissipated once they had crossed that boundary as if they had become a different ‘people’ altogether.
They had calmed down as if they had adapted to the majority of the other people present, the ‘people’ who hadn’t attended the execution.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that all those who didn’t go to the event weren’t ‘interested’ in what was happening in the square.
It could also mean that there was something they found more ‘interesting’ than the execution of the priestess.
Yes, like this one.
“Come on, just give up!”
“It is I who am supposed to tell you that! Aren’t you getting tired?”
Yes. It was the female warrior and the holy knight who were fighting earlier.
The fact that they are beautiful women with incredible proportions and that they are conspicuously engaged in battle is very worthy of a show.
But strangely, I couldn’t find a single spectator.
Perhaps they’re more interested in their daily lives?
I mean, something ‘interesting’ is going on here, but no one has even bothered to watch.
Come to think of it, they have been fighting for a long time now. So the audience must have gotten tired of it and have gone back to their everyday lives.
In any case, the fact that they don’t care anymore means that there shouldn’t be any fuss about a battered maid and a priestess standing around either.
“Ooooiii!”
Really, how long are they going to fight each other?
“Today is an important day that I cannot afford to lose. This is my only chance to destroy my master’s enemies in one fell swoop!”
“Like I said, he’s alive… it looks like I have no choice but to crush you here!”
Looks like they can’t hear me.
Quite a brawl-obsessed bunch, these two.
“Oooooi, oooiiii!!”
I called to them again, but they didn’t notice.
Are they deaf, or is my voice or hearing getting weaker?
“Oi, you. Let me down for a moment.”
Suddenly, the priestess says this from behind me, so I let her down gently.
“You got a better idea?”
“Yeah, just turn your head that way for a minute.”
I did as she said and stood there, facing the direction where the warrior and the holy knight were fighting.
It was then.
The priestess standing behind me put her hand inside my skirt and pulled my panties down.
My cock jumped out of my skirt with a whoosh.
Under the white sun, my cock, which had risen into the blue sky, and my maid’s apron and skirt, which were fluttering beautifully, created such an evil harmony that it seemed almost out of this world.
“What are you doing, Priestess?!”
“Ah, you are…”
Not even a second too late, the holy knight notices and comes flying down with her Pegasus.
“Oh, you’re alive! Thank God, thank God!”
“Thank goodness you’re back at last. It was very hard to stop that woman.”
The female warrior also came over with a sigh.
Their reactions were contrasting, but there was one point of unanimity.
“Hey, can you stop talking to my cock? My eyes are up here.”
“But you know… that… right?”
“Yeah.”
“What the hell?”
The holy knight responds to the cock, as if he’s having trouble saying it.
“It’s because I haven’t seen you in a while… that I kind of forgot what you looked like…”
The heck?
“Yeah. That’s it. That’s why we instinctively focused on the part we’re most familiar with.”
Fuck. Don’t remember people by their dicks.
Just when I was about to express my anger, I heard the sound of something falling behind me, so I turned around.
“Priestess!”
It was the priestess who had fallen.
Her face was pale, and when I held her close to me, she looked weak and limp.
It seems that she has lost too much blood.
Hey, pull yourself together.
“I-I’m fine.”
“Really?”
“Not… it hurts.”
That’s right, of course it does.
Rather, how could she have kept her wits until now after being nailed for a long time on such slender wrists?
“Can’t you use recovery magic?”
“I’m out of mana. I used it all up on my memory recovery spell I cast on you earlier.”
Oh, that. I heard that spells used to manipulate memories eat a ton of mana.
Or rather, she used that on me earlier!? I thought it was just a kiss!
I put the priestess on the holy knight’s pegasus for the time being and asked the female warrior to take my carriage out to the street.
There are enough medicinal herbs and magic ore in the carriage.
“The rendezvous will be… okay, let’s meet under the ginkgo tree where you and I dueled in the past. I’ll leave the priestess to you.”
“Huh? Where are you going?”
“Somewhere not far. I still need to take care of a few things.”
“Are you sure about that? With your dick exposed and all… also, aren’t you quite in tatters right now? Just what happened to you?”
Hearing the female warrior’s reminder, I quickly pulled up my panties that had been slid down.
“Sorry. No time to explain. I need to get this work done fast.”
Realizing that there was no point in saying anything more, the girls looked at each other at my speech.
Then, they carried the priestess and left the city obediently.
