Interesting video. Maybe I am wrong, but it seems to me there has been a shortage of pilots, air traffic controllers, and so many flights that they are landing every minute at several airports. Is this my imagination, or is the industry saturated already?

Great video as always but can I ask why focus so much on an airline partaking in human trafficking (Avelo flies flights for ICE)? I doubt avelo will survive to receive their e2s. They were completely unknown to most Americans before they signed the gov contract and now they’re known as the airline that deports US citizens.

Avelo entered several West Coast markets and operated for several years. However they recently announced they are discontinuing services to many of these destinations, including the one here in Eugene. They are citing financial difficulties as the main reason. Here in Eugene citizens gather on occasion to protest Avelo’s contract with DHS to provide flights to deport immigrants, illegal and otherwise. If Avelo can survive, the E190 E2 could provide a more economical fleet which could allow them to re-enter these markets.
