Excellent work! I really enjoyed the presentation with the exception of the very quiet background music! Why in the world do you feel this is necessary? It is distracting and adds ZERO to your work. My wife and I are both musicians and this addition is driving us nuts. Please review this stupid decision!

45:36: The black and white photos of the team members could potentially be perceived as a bit misleading. Hopefully and luckily they are all still alive and well. I mostly know such black and white photos in cases when the passing of a person is announced.
