Well well well, here we are once again. In addition to the knowledge provided from the last episode, I am now moving up the corporate ladder of wagie-dom, so that's cool. I am gonna get access to the office gym as a full-fledged employee (no longer contracted). So now... I require lifting knowledge, advise, tips, expertise, etc. Question: Where would you recommend the best place to start? Is there a particular person, YouTube channel, website, etc. you began at?
