Always take a touch away in the green zone, fully away, if you take it in yellow its why you are losing the ball sometime, always wathc your gameplay back to see where you are taking the touch, and analyse where your controller is facing

My players loose the ball even when I take touch to the opposite side from the defender and their defenders make a standing tackle from behind.
