Lions studies! + little rant??
🕑 Added 2024-12-30 01:00:02 +0000 UTCBetcha didn't expect this huh?? Last year I bought an Aaron Blaise tutorial bundle that was on sale and FINALLY got to do some real studies with it! It's so good and in depth and super interesting :D
I know this is VERY different from what you're all used to, and I was wondering if it was even worth posting. Reality is, I have always felt super bad about jumping from style to style, different subjects, different moods. There are things that I obviously prefer drawing but at the same time I am one of those people that would like to be able to draw a lil bit of everything.
It's always been an obsession of mine to have the skill to decently pull off a wide variety of things art wise, but I know that that's not how you build an audience (easily). I used to think I just had to find what I really liked and stick to it but what if I never find it? What if it doesn't exist??
Overtime I had to start accepting that this is just who I am. I love so many different things and styles, not only art related but also in real life. I don't stick to a specific aesthetic and that's probably my best asset. Accepting who I am is hard though, especially these days where all we do is comparing ourselves with other people. I am trying my best to embrace the fact that this patreon will be a wild ride of random posts, nsfw, environment studies, personal deep stuff, animal drawings, and more.

Accepting oneself despite one's percieved flaws is one of the most difficult things. But what you yourself might experience as a weakness someone else might view as a strength. It's all a matter of perspective. And we get too caught up in our viewpoint, and fail to see it from a different angle. I think it's good to try new things and discover new perspectives through doing so. I don't think anybody will try and hold you accountable for what you choose to do ans neither should you. Embrace who you are and turn it into a strength. That's how you grow as a person and an artist. Anyway philosophical rant over, i love the diversity, keep up the good work. <3

Si non me lo aspettavo e va benissimo cosรฌ. Essere in grado di disegnare un po' di tutto penso sia la parte migliore di essere un'artista (o almeno provarci). E costruire un pubblico (facilmente) vuol dire anche accettare di disegnare un po' quello che piace a te, e un po' quello che piace agli altri... scoprendo anche cose nuove. E a me va benissimo avere post casuali, nsfw (non mentirรฒ secondo me sei MOLTO brava), studi ambientali, sfw profondi (ancora PIร brava) , cose personali etc. Ti ho sempre accettata e supportata per quello che sei e che fai e continuerรฒ a farlo. Quindi non preoccuparti e vai avanti. Un abbraccio, tvb, UN SACCO, e spero che queste parole possono aiutarti ed esserti di conforto almeno un pochino ๐ฅบ๐ซถ๐ป
