Pre-surgery break I was going back and forth, restarting this section SO much… I wasn’t happy with any of the shading palettes I was trying & didn’t feel like anything was matching the rest of the piece which was rough :( but I realized whilst on my break that I literally could just do it in greyscale & then sort out the colors and gradient map it LATER (which makes SO much more sense lmao) SO I restarted for the final time today and got the base grey values in so it’s ready for furring detail to progress!!
