With Deku's newly manifested Quirk, i think it's like back in season 1. Remember when he didn't get hurt by One For All and All Might asked him about this? That Time, Deku said it was the first Time he used it on a Human. It's the same with the new Quirk. Like he said, it's to dangerous to use it yet, and that's why is won't come out. Also, i LOVE how Bakugo is included now. He talks with them about AFO, the Quirks, and even TRAINS with Deku. That's so important. There's no Misunderstanding or inbalance anymore, and you can really see how easy it is for them to interact now. Just natural again. I'm so proud of them!🥳

Bakugo and Todoroki fought with carbonated water villain on the way to school after the hero license exam. That’s why All Might mentioned that they got a license just 30 minutes ago.
