Damn it, the last scene never fails to make me cry every f***ing time, by the way Izuku nickname “Deku” it’s mean “useless person,good for nothing” was given to him by Katsuki & in “Kacchan” the chan part usually used to expresses that the speaker finds a person endearing, normally it will be used for children or babies or close friends sometimes it also used towards cute animals anyway it’s mean closeness and affection, i think Izuku is insane for putting chan after the person who bullies him.

No matter how much of a bully Kacchan is, I just can’t help but love him. The guy is just an asshole, he thinks he’s better than everyone else so he treats everyone like shit. He’s overconfident and it might put him in a difficult situation in the future. He is not my favorite character though. He is third after Deku and my GOAT. I used to watch this anime back in 2023 but I stop at season 4 or 5 I don’t remember. I really like it though and I’m happy to take this journey with you guys. I literally binged all your reactions to death note, aot, jjk, hxh. Love you❤️

Deku’s voice actor in that last scene is legendary. Crazily realistic crying. Also, Jordan you were right on the nickname thing (Deku and Kachan). Feel free to keep calling them that. Many other characters introduced in the following episodes have a first name, last name, and nickname. Generally the MHA fanbase just goes with whichever is the shortest/easiest. Edit: Bakugo may be called Bakugo much more often by the audience, as pointed out below. So whichever you guys prefer works

Gosh I love All Might so much, he's so funny but so reliable but also humble even though he is such a great hero. Bakugo could never 😅 humble is not a part of his vocabulary. But to be real Bakugo is my favorite character, I love a lot of characters in this show it's just so good. deku and all might both fit Anpanman so well!! I love it. The voice actor for all might in English is one of my all time favorites. He plays so many of my favorite characters and is a legend in the English voice acting side of anime 😁

J&j you are correct, Bakugo is insecure. Think of it this way, he looks down on deku for being quirkless because he feels that without his quirk he wouldn't be strong enough to matter. It's a highly toxic cycle of inferiority, self insecurity and his reality shattering and he's 15. He's confused already and definitely takes a long time to work through things like that. You're onto something, pay attention to his character, even in background shots.
