So basically, Killua is saying that "Something" is the kindest being he knows because she does not require something in return when she heals. As opposed to asking for things equivalent to the magnitude of the wish she granted. Meaning wishing for something has equivalent risks/consequences, but healing is free since it's a selfless act on the part of the person asking for it (especially when it's to heal someone else).

Meaning healing anyone doesnt come with a price therefore its free, its a natural healing power with no exchange.
