i’d like to point out a cool parallel. In the beginning of the episode (6), we see ambessa sparring with caitlyn, telling her that true combat is about “tunnels in the eyes, lava in the veins, and shadows in the heart”. Doesn’t that sound oddly similar to Vander at the end of the episode?

This is my favorite episode of the whole series, I'm not going to lie. I'm hoping on the re-watch you catch/figure out what happened with Isha and what she actually did because it left a lot of people sobbing (myself included) and it seems you didn't fully get the impact. I believe Isha fit the gun with too many of the blue crystals, causing an uncontrolled explosion when the gun went off so that it would take Vander out. My guess is that a normal shot with one crystal would not have done that.

I had to pause and come comment when you asked if Viktor’s in love with Sky - after I shouted “no!” out loud 😂 I don’t blame you for wondering this at all but short, spoilerless answer? No he’s not. She clearly had a one-sided crush on him when she worked for him and Jayce. He on the other hand literally ignored her existence and barely paid her mind while she was alive, and likely he feels guilt for his part in her death. You can’t possibly call that love haha. Sky deserved better than that. As for the long, philosophical answer to why she’s his ‘companion’ in this state?….Well I’ll circle back later when it’s safe to discuss everything. For now I’ll just leave you with a question: is that really even Sky at all? Thanks as always for the great reaction guys! I do hope after the last episode you’ll do a wrap up video with your thoughts and replying to final comments - would be great to hear!
