First time viewer This was the first episode in a while that I was super stressed 🥲. I really like Knov, I don't want him to die 😭💔 I was holding my breath the entire time cuz I was expecting him to get caught. I really hope Palm will be okay but I don't have a good feeling about it 😞 Knov really loves Palm huh 🥺🥺

Nathan Lintzenich

Aw, hell nah, secretary president bush has brought the girls down to diddy's basement

one of my favorite episode on how it’s focused on knov and morel’s fighting experiences. especially morel showing his on a different level of fighting iq. and knov just having one of the most fascinating nen ability that I wish I could have. snapping someone’s head off with his “Scream” portal was crazy. shoutout to the voice actor of Knov a masterpiece of voice acting. you can feel how frightening and mentally devastating Knov was just from his voice. great reactions as always btw.

The scene with Knov having a mental breakdown always breaks my heart..

Vlad

True, but just sensing it was enough to cripple him mentally.

Alpha

He didn’t take the aura. He just sensed it and saw it.

Vlad

One thing to note is that Knov took that aura with zetsu, basically completely defenseless. The boys endured pitous aura while still resisting with their own. It was established early on that receiving ones auras without any of your own is like stay naked in blizzard, it can cripple or kill you.

(The Real) Brandon

Just for clarification, the aura wasn’t Pitou’s, but Pouf. Since Pitou can’t use En when healing the Kings arm. So Pouf decided to use En in replace of Pitou But yes, Knovs breakdown was an eye opener in this arc. Showing how sinister these ants can get, especially when it comes down to extracting information. These stronger ants couldn’t care less about you. I couldn’t imagine the feeling Knov had when infiltrating the palace. You’re basically all alone in an area where you can die at any moment. Shouldering the duty of saving millions of lives, so you have to push forward. But by encountering Poufs En, the stress of death is so belittled when faced with the raw intent of the aura. Saying you can’t escape once you’ve been captured, leading to a torturous way to go out, and there’s nothing you can do about it. We’ve gotten many examples of inflicting En on someone, such Killua with his brother Illumi, Hisoka at heavens arena, shaking Gon and Killua. But nothing comes close with the aura of the royal guards, let alone the King. Gon and Killua got a taste of Pitou’s aura and you can see how visibly shaken they were. Killua wanting to run away, and Gon trying to stand his ground, even at the cost of his life. Scary stuff man.

I dont know if you remember, but the "Alright. okay!" at the start is the same for me as the "HUNTER TOYOBU!" was for you in the first few arcs :D

Kiryuu Yona

For a second I really thought you guys were gonna say let's not forget that bungee gum has the properties of rubber and gum, instead of let's not forget that gon is still looking for his dad lol

EZ

Knovs breakdown is still one my most favorite moments of the whole arc if not the show, I love seeing other characters perspectives on the characteristics of others, of course the voice acting was absolutely phenomenal, only gets crazier from here

Man this episode is one of my favorites, it REALLY sets in that feeling of almost despair, seeing an experienced hunter completely have his will shattered by just one look at that aura really puts things into perspective and reminds you of how dire the situation is getting, it also tells us as viewers of how strong Gon and Killua's resolves are, just incredible writing The voice actor killed it and no matter how many times I've watched the scene I always end up having goosebumps Also, the aura that he saw was Pouf's, if you guys remember Pitou stopped using hers to go heal the king and Pouf said he'd start using his En
