Your story really sums up the appeal of playing Durge (the whole will-I-love-him-enough-to-not-kill-him dilemma is delicious agony, especially the paragraph about wanting to rip into him to be closer omg, and the lines about not wanting to do Bhaal's bidding but not really having another choice are peak tragedy), while also being a nice little slice of romance as well. The picture perfectly cements the scene in my mind, thank you <3
