Medieval Total War II, its probably the deepest total war game in terms of mechanics and its also the one game I've seen requested more than any other, Total War; Medieval III would probably sell better than any game CA has made other than the Total War: Warhammer Trilogy.

Definitely LA Noire. The game was revolutionary and has a lot of potential for a sequel. There would be a lot to talk about in terms of content (i.e. gameplay, the reasons why we haven't got a sequel yet, etc.). Now would also be the perfect time to release a video, given the recent re-release of the game on Xbone, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

Dark Souls!! It seems whenever you mention the series in your videos you have a good understanding of the lore. Some tiles could be "Why is Dark Souls SO AWESOME?!?!" or "Why is Dark Souls 2 SO UNDERRATED?!?!" or "Why is Dark Souls 3 SO AWESOME?!?!"

I can't think of any game in particular, but seeing Krow Sage's answer of Donkey Kong 64 made me agree with that. I want another game like that. Collectathon games in general. We have Yooka-Laylee and A Hat in Time, but I still want more.
