The segment data is mostly relevant for disxxxbermxxt. I tried to put on the clothes on the npc. Do you know a way to add the segment data (like the basic segment1-4)?

Perhaps I think these outfits need to hide the pipboy, so I didn't specifically do segment data. I don't know what other functions the segments have besides affecting the armor display when equipping the pipboy.
