No problem Aki. Unfortunately I’ve dealt previously with crippling levels of anxiety and just being overwhelmed. Though it’s not identical to what you’ve had to cope with; I can relate to the headspace you’ve probably have been in recently.

Good to hear that you’re hanging in there and trying to manage a lot of recent changes etc. Admittedly, if my birthday wasn’t during winter; I wouldn’t care much about it (cold weather and other crap). Though I’m not alone in having that sentiment 😀
