1 Year Report and 2024 Q4 - 2025 Pipelines

It has been a year since I started to share my VAM creations! Looking back, I think I’ve come quite a long way. From the first “Sofa Fun” to the latest “Reunion Party”, 24 high quality scenes were released. I liked some more than others, but I pour my love and interest into all of them. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been supporting my work over the past year. It’s only with your support that I could afford to not take the 2nd part time job(I had a full time job and two part time jobs on the weekend back then) and spend the time doing what I love – creating VAM scenes. So thank you guys so much! I’m planning to release several bonus scenes for my long time supporters before the end of his year. Anyone who has been supporting me for 3 or more months will receive those bonus scenes for free as a gift of appreciation.
Now, this post will cover 3 topics: 1) Summary of past scenes, 2) Roadmap, and 3) New patron tiers.
**WALL OF TEXT COMING UP**
1. Summary of past scenes
Let’s start with reviewing the scenes I made in the past year. As you might of guessed, I’m really into 1) NTR theme, and 2) Dances. Those are my two favorite elements of the game. So naturally the majority of my scenes are built around these two elements. I’ve been trying out new thing to present my scene over the year, and I’m still learning and trying new things even now. One obstacle I’ve had is sometimes I get really ambitious with a scene, and it gets out of my control. When the scale (either the story or the amount of animation) gets too large, I felt inadequate to complete the scene as I imagined with the capability and time I have. For example, the most recent reunion party, I had to made chapter 2 a freemode thing instead of dialogue driven story which I have originally planned (You can see I even put in the phone asset already, which implies she is force to talk to her husband on a call while getting screwed by her ex. I just didn’t get a chance to expand on that concept). Simply because this scene already took too much time and I didn’t have time to fit more stuff into it by the end of the month. This is an on-going pattern with my scenes: I get too ambitious when starting out, but have to scale back in the end and I get burned out doing so. (Also, I get bored when working on the same thing for too long, I usually have 3-5 scenes being worked in parallel.) I think the best way to handle this is to either scale back on some of the scenes or break the scene into multiple parts (or with updated versions). I didn’t really like the multiple part thing with the Hospital story, so I’m more inclined to the updated version approach. When a scene is scaled down, I had more time to polish each of the animation, UI, camera etc.
Everyone has a different preference/taste, I try my best to have variety in my scenes but NTR and dance will still be the center of most of my scenes.
2. 2024 Q4 and 2025 roadmaps
I’m not sure what’s the best way to say this, but I have shit tons of WIP projects in my pipelines. I’ve attached an excel summary of all the scenes I’ve already started. Those preview screenshots are from those WIP scenes. A lot of them are still at the conceptual stage and are subject to change. There are a couple of them that I want to share more about. You can see the full list in the attached picture (the cover image).
First, for October, I will take a little break (kind of burned out) and release 2 of the shorter scenes. One of them is a pure animation scene I made to learn/practice the Bodylanguage plugin (which is an awesome plugin btw). I’m trying to combine Bodylanguage and timeline in the future. The 2nd one I haven’t decided yet, could be a short Kitchen NTR scene I’ve been messing around with, but not 100% sure (Oh, or maybe the KTV audio story I’ve been experimenting with).
Photoshoot: Very excited about this one, will have this finished in November. The story is about your model girlfriend is doing a commercial photoshoot. But the agencies demands her to do a dual-model shoot with another guy for the client’s latest lingerie sets. The poses get more intimate and sexual as time goes by, and ultimately she got seduced to make love with the male model. I want this to be either a dialogue driven scene or a freemode scene where you will be playing as the photographer that directs the photo shoot. I will either release this as two short scenes or 1 large scene. 1 large scene is probably ideal, but I won’t have time to work on other scenes in November.
Subway: FUCK man, this is a theme I always wanted to do but always reluctant to get started for many reasons. Subway NTR fantasy is one of my top 3 fantasies (Club, Subway/bus, Massage) so you can tell I’m very excited for this scene. This is my first attempt doing a subway scene, so I want to make this one a short but very well delivered experience. I won’t stuff this one with loads of animations, but will focus more on the atmosphere and POV experience.
Massage NTR: Similar to the subway above, this theme is also in my top 3. I plan to use an episodic approach for this one. The therapist won’t get to fuck her on her first visit! It will takes 2-3 visit to get to that point, thus the episodic nature. This is still at a conceptual stage and I will share more when the time comes.
Yoga session with Step-Mom: a lot of supporters have message me wanting a stepmom scene. So I’m trying a stepmom themed yoga scene. Incest is not really my thing, but I will find a way to make it work. I might even make this into a two part scene. The first one being, the stepmom doing Yoga while the guy fantasize about her, and the second one being Stepmom wants the guy to stay for the night, and he actually gets some actions with her.
At the same time, there are quite a few scenes that I started but decided to not finish them either because I lost interest or the quality doesn't meet my standard. Other than the ones mentioned above, there are couple other ones that I’m very excited about and I will share more about them when the time comes!
3. Patreon tiers
First, nothing will change for the existing supporters. But I’m thinking about creating more tiers to better monetize this whole thing so I could have even more time creating the scenes. This is not a high priority and will probably not be implemented until end of the year. Things I might try including: 1) selling individual scenes to new comers as opposed to give out all past scenes immediately. 2) higher tiers for early access or bonus scenes, etc. Nothing is set in stone yet, and I’m exploring the options. Again, nothing will change for existing supporters.

自从我开始分享我的VAM作品已经有一年了！回想起来，我觉得我走了很长一段路。从第一个“沙发趣事”到最新的“重逢派对”，我发布了24个高质量的场景。我有些作品比其他的更喜欢，但我在每个作品中都倾注了我的热情和兴趣。我想真诚地感谢过去一年里一直支持我作品的每个人。正是因为你们的支持，我才不必再去找第二份兼职工作（那时我有一份全职工作，周末还有两份兼职），可以专注于做我喜欢的事情——创作VAM场景。所以，真的非常感谢你们！我计划在今年年底之前为长期支持者发布一些额外的场景。任何支持我3个月或更长时间的人都将免费获得这些额外场景，作为我感激之情的礼物。
现在，这篇文章将涵盖三个主题：1）过去场景的总结，2）路线图，3）新的Patreon层级。

1. 过去场景的总结
让我们从回顾我过去一年的作品开始。你可能已经猜到了，我真的很喜欢1）NTR主题，2）舞蹈。这是我游戏中最喜欢的两个元素。因此，我的大多数场景自然是围绕这两个元素构建的。在这一年里，我一直在尝试新的方式来呈现我的场景，即使到现在我还在不断学习和尝试新事物。我遇到的一个障碍是，有时候我对一个场景的构思太过宏大，最后失去了控制。当规模（无论是故事还是动画的数量）变得太大时，我觉得自己现有的能力和时间不足以完成我想象中的场景。比如，最近的重逢派对，我不得不把第二章做成自由模式，而不是我最初计划的对话驱动故事（你可以看到我甚至已经加入了电话道具，这意味着她被迫在与丈夫通电话时被她的前任强暴。我只是没有时间扩展这个概念）。因为这个场景已经花了太多时间，我在月底之前没有时间再加入更多内容。这种情况在我的作品这种情况在我的作品中反复出现：开始时我过于雄心勃勃，最后却不得不缩小规模并因此感到精疲力竭。（另外，当我在同一个项目上工作太久时，我会感到厌倦，通常我会同时处理3-5个场景。）我认为最好的解决办法是要么缩减部分场景的规模，要么将场景拆分为多个部分（或是推出更新版本）。我并不太喜欢像“医院故事”那样分成多个部分，所以我更倾向于更新版本的做法。当一个场景缩小规模后，我有更多的时间打磨每个动画、用户界面、摄像机等细节。
每个人的喜好和品味各不相同，我尽量在场景中提供多样性，但NTR和舞蹈仍然会是我大多数场景的核心。
2. 2024年第四季度和2025年的路线图
我不太确定该怎么说，但我的开发管道里有一大堆正在进行中的项目。我附上了一份Excel表格，概述了所有已经开始的场景。这些预览截图是从这些正在开发中的场景中截取的。很多项目还处于概念阶段，可能会有一些变化。这里有几个项目我想分享更多细节。完整的列表你可以在附带的图片（封面图像）中查看。
首先，10月份我会稍作休息（有点累了），并发布两个较短的场景。其中一个是我用来学习/练习Bodylanguage插件的纯动画场景（顺便说一句，这个插件非常棒）。未来我打算将Bodylanguage与时间轴结合起来。第二个场景我还没决定，可能是我正在研究的一个简短的厨房NTR场景，但还不确定（哦，或者可能是我正在试验的KTV音频故事）。
照片拍摄：这个场景让我非常兴奋，预计11月完成。故事情节是你模特女朋友在做商业拍摄，但拍摄公司要求她与另一位男性模特进行双人拍摄，穿着客户最新的内衣套装。随着时间的推移，拍摄的姿势变得越来越亲密，最终她被诱惑与男模特发生了关系。我希望这个场景要么是一个对话驱动的场景，要么是一个自由模式的场景，你将扮演拍摄导演。我可能会将其发布为两个短场景或一个大型场景。一个大型场景可能是理想的，但如果这样，我11月就没有时间做其他场景了。
地铁：天哪，这是我一直想做但总是犹豫不决的主题之一。地铁NTR幻想是我三大幻想之一（夜店、地铁/公交、按摩），所以你可以想象我对此场景有多么激动。这是我第一次尝试制作地铁场景，所以我想让这个场景短小精悍，但体验极佳。我不会在这个场景中填充大量动画，而是更多地关注氛围和第一视角体验。
按摩NTR：和上面的地铁一样，这个主题也是我的三大幻想之一。我计划采用章节式的方式呈现这个场景。理疗师不会在第一次拜访时就与她发生关系！大约需要2-3次拜访才能发展到那一步，因此采用章节式呈现。这个场景还处于概念阶段，时机成熟时我会分享更多。
瑜伽课与继母：很多支持者给我发消息，表示想要一个继母场景。所以我尝试制作一个继母主题的瑜伽场景。乱伦并不是我的兴趣，但我会想办法让它变得有趣。我可能会把它做成一个两部分的场景。第一个部分是继母在做瑜伽，而男主角幻想着她；第二部分是继母要求男主角留下过夜，并且他们真的发生了一些亲密关系。
除了上面提到的场景外，还有其他几个让我非常兴奋的场景，我会在合适的时间与大家分享更多细节！
3. Patreon的层级变化
首先，对于现有的支持者不会有任何改变。但我在考虑创建更多层级，以便更好地通过这个项目获利，这样我可以有更多时间创作这些场景。这不是一个优先事项，可能要到年底才会实施。我可能尝试的方式包括：1）为新加入的支持者单独出售场景，而不是立即提供所有过去的场景；2）为高级层级提供提前访问或额外场景等。没有任何事情是确定的，我还在探索各种选项。同样，现有支持者的任何权益都不会改变。

其实教学视频也可以用来售卖的，尤其是你制作这些场景的过程和技巧，这些高级课程太有价值了，看完可以按自己喜好来魔改你的场景，简直不要太激动

我很认同你的看法，有时我也觉得太复杂了反而有点“忘本”了哈哈。而且需要花费大量的时间在非核心内容上，如优化UI和剧情设置那些，非常费时费力。K动画对我来说是享受，UI剧情这些设置就纯粹是工作了。我也在探索争取找到一个平衡点。目前来说2类场景都会有吧。我非常理解你的想法，因为我也喜欢魔改别人的场景自己玩。不过我同时还要照顾一批基本只会替换个人物的玩家，他们的需求相对有所不同。我现在争取在场景内设置自由模式，方便大家自由组合动画脑部剧情哈哈。

我应该是很早就赞助博主的粉丝了，从最开始在UGG上发口令到这里。非常喜欢博主的场景，几乎每一个都是一段美妙的旅程。但后续的场景都越来越复杂了，不是说复杂不好，而是越复杂，二创性、可玩性就会越低（因为想玩转的门槛就越高），我相信很大部分vam的玩家其实都喜欢利用成熟博主的成熟场景去改编一些自己的小创作，这才是这款游戏真正令人着迷的地方，而不是重复地去一遍遍地像看电影一样。CLUB NIGHT是我最喜爱的场景，我看投票绝大部分人也一样，除了优质的动作元素外，我觉得它受人喜爱的最大原因是它没有过于复杂的剧情、转场、触发条件，线性的剧情可以让我从头爽到尾，独立的动作也能让我回味喜爱的片段等等，所以我增加了镜头动画之后能轻松的用这套流程创造很多不同风格、主体的属于我自己的故事。希望我的留言对博主有所帮助，非常感谢你能坚持不懈地为我们带来这么多惊艳的作品。

For a lot of my NTR scene, if you ignore the "subtle" hint (and sometimes the subtitle) , they can also be a "regular" scene between two lovely couples ;)

Hi VAMSOY, im one of those you mentioned that isnt really into NTR. But your scenes are so damn good it's really hard to pass by. I was wondering if you would ever do a more Vanilla scene to switch it up a little or even a Netori scene as compared to a Netorare scene in the future. Just some food for thought to expand your experimentation catalogue of scenes, might even draw some new subscribers who don't like NTR. Anyways keep up the awesome work as always!!!!!
