The zetsu definitely outnumber the shinobi. I think they said allied forces were like 80k, and zetsus were 100k, and that doesn't include all the extras Kabuto summoned from the death. In the episode though, not all 80k are present in those columns, as some were in different locations, already forward deployed, etc.

I don’t know if you noticed but they changed Kankuro’s VA at some point because the original one became terminally ill and ended up passing away
