🕑 Added 2024-11-27 11:35:37 +0000 UTCThis might be a bit out of left field from the pattern, but I've been wanting to do a holiday comic again for ages, and one idea in particular has really been on my brain...so, just in time for Turkey Day (should you partake), here's a take on what might happen if the mascots for the big three holidays start seeing just who among them is truly the biggest!
It's also been ages since I went full storybook, and it seemed appropriate here, so yeah; just a simple two-parter that'll release now and at Christmas (while I keep working on Batastrophe 4, it's already started up!)
Hope you all have a safe and fun holiday/Thursday! And nope, I never once saw a Macy's Parade on TV and thought of the mascots blowing up way too big, haha. Never, ever! >///>

News anchor 1: I haven't seen an impending disaster like this since that time in 1982 when they grew those Playgirl Kitties into kaiju size pilgrim and native pinups to advertise Thanksgiving, so much fat and muscle and poor thinking on their part. News anchor 2: That was a great moment John, even if it was I was one of them, this is gonna be more like the legendary belly blowout of 1956 where Mrs Clause has snuck an experimental chemical into Santa's cookies and next thing you know the parade was under 100 tons of Mr. and Mrs. Clause. At least that's what my Grandma told me. News anchor 1: and all of this is still better than that time in 2005 when Pacy's tried to cancel the parade due to budget cuts

This a fun little project. (I'm using the term "little" loosely.) Parade floats for the Holiday Season getting bigger than the other, all while trying to represent their Holidays. I very much enjoy the storybook style you're doing for this comic. Happy Thanksgiving.
