I was worried I'd spent all the best stuff on the previous bosses, but with time a proper final boss battle emerged. And kept emerging. >.> And kept emerging >___>; By the time I forced myself to stop throwing in more ideas, it was already a monster of a chapter, and by the time it wrapped, eheh, it clocked in at 78 pages o3o
This final battle is considerably longer, I think, than any of the others, but I really did want to make the Archmage as intimidating and difficult as the story buildup kept insisting he was X3
HERE'S THE THING: I went so bonkers on the ending that, IF FOLKS PREFER, I'm including a softer, much shorter version as well, over 7K words smaller, and more streamlined, so if you just want resolution, you have it faster =3
If you want the big, bad, nutso version, hehehehehe, enjoy >=3 It's a game, so why not call it by its proper name, HARD MODE? You get more scenes of insanity and lewdness, and FAR larger sizes, too. Such is the reward for the soul brave enough to tackle 27K+ words!
This was a little intimidating at first, I won't lie; but damn, was it fun! Being forced to mostly work with what y'all pick made for interesting challenges! Thank you all so much for participating, and shaping it into what it's become! A 302/319-page behemoth of dirtiness, action, swelling, and wholesome self-affirmation <3

I'll start the full novel edit next week, then release the completed version! Illustrations will take awhile >.> But they are part of it! More FLEX is inbound at the end of the month, toooo!!

...not sure if the patreon cut last part of my comment: Goes without saying the chpt 6 was my favorite chapter, combined all the other pieces with the party, Gala, Grath, Jestmin, cabin, transformation, fights, the biggess - it's really like comparing which jewel is the prettiest in the crown :'D Althoug I still waiting the right time to get to read the hard mode in one sitting - Had to share my pleasure reading this phenomenal work <3

I was waiting the whole story to come out, and holy moley was it worth it - even if I'm only managed to read to end of normal run's chapter 7 in two evening's sitting, and it's been a huge pleasure. Honestly I wasn't prepared how much I would loved the story and characters; despite being bigger enjoyer of visual comics, this along with "free lunch" are my new favorites in your work. To me this was the perfect balance of story, both situational humor and witty dialog, absurd turns and the characters! All baddies, companions and main charactes got to shine - The relational and emotional nuance, especially the final chapters, the conversation with cleaning the dishes (gosh, that scene) - That's the stuff why I love reading <3 Goes without saying the chpt 6 was my favorite chapter, combined all the other pieces with the party, Gala, Grath, Jestmin, cabin, transformation, fights, the biggess - it's really like comparing which jewel is the prettiest in the crown :'D Althoug I still waiting the right time to get to read the hard mode in one sitting - Had to share my pleasure reading this phenomenal work <3
