HQ Release (No Sound) - Yukizard
🕑 Added 2025-02-21 01:55:17 +0000 UTCdidn't think id be getting this finished so soon but life is full of surprises so here you are >:]
made some pretty nice progress after the last WIP and figured out a way to tackle most of the stuff that was giving me trouble, so that's a plus. i wasn't able to fully wrap my head around some of the collision issues, but i worked something out eventually after repeatedly throwing myself into the brick wall that is troubleshooting simplicage problems - so thankfully, it's a lot less "clippy" than before (or at least i think so)
as for the scene itself, that was suggested by a buddy and i figured it'd be worth a shot to shake things up a bit - as i haven't really done anything with an animated background (aside from the beach in the last animation - but that was pretty subtle)
i also did a little more sculpting work to add some more expressiveness (just in the mouth to get that jagged look at certain points since i like that sorta look in general tbh (i look at officer flint with my big wet eyes)).
i'll also be doing an alternative version much like the raven animation had. it's already basically set to render - so take heart, meat enjoyers, i'll be posting that once it's finished rendering (most likely sometime tomorrow)
as for the sound, i'm probably gonna have VA done for it once i'm all done getting the sound for the ren animation (currently working on the skit for it - should be pretty funny once it's all finished up) - so for now hopefully you guys enjoy this! i'll be seeing you again soon with that alt version and a look at what's coming next. thank you as always for the incredible support, you guys make all of this possible - see you again soon! :]
