ONI would not as much fall to Tzeentch as they would Luigi side-B into a Bowser down-B to Tzeentch. From there it'll all be downhill. The real question is how hard Master Chief would body a C'tan Shard. Though I cannot help but imagine some strange timeline where the Chief finds himself on Terra, makes his way to the Imperial Palace and a lone Custodian confronts him. "John-117, His Imperial Majesty has commanded your presence." he speaks in a very familiar voice.
