If there's a hyperpreg nation, the results of societal hyperpreg; that being an army of low-grade, quickly trained, and poorly geared soldiers. They'd mainly be XP fodder for the area they'd be found in.

How about a slime/ghost monster that tries to possess a party member taking control of their defining traits kinda like a curse that causes them to sometimes do the wrong actions until the slime/ghost is exorcised.
