Hiatus announcement + What next?
🕑 Added 2025-01-28 20:16:01 +0000 UTCHello everyone! As you know the last pages of Ch 2 have finally been posted. So what does this mean for my Patreon?
On the NSFW side, everything will be staying the same. I’ll have a couple comic pages a month and sketches as usual.
For early access, there will be a few changes for the next couple months but don’t worry, I have a lot to share:
- The comic itself will be on hiatus. I’ll be reworking my script and reaching out to beta readers during this time to make it the best it can be.
- I’m going back and making brand new full color chapter cover illustrations and a new series cover illustration. I realize my current chapter cover format is too restricting and I’d like to use that opportunity to make some nice color illustrations. On top of that, my artistic skills have improved significantly since making my last series cover so I’d like to make something new. I’ll share the sketch then final artwork the same way I do early access updates.
- I’ll also be sharing some concept art for Ch 3.
- Depending on how busy I get I may make some more Second Contact Shorts mini comics to hold everyone over in the meantime. It’ll be a nice intermission to the next chapter. Those will be posted here first as early access then to Webtoon/social media as usual.
I’m sooo hyped for Ch 3 since we’ll finally see Edin and Kane interact again but as their new selves. I wonder how they’ll mesh? >:3
