If you're interested in ultra wealthy families that are used as inspiration for the Roy family, the Murdochs are probably the main inspiration. They own Fox News, New York Post, The Times. Then there are also the Redstones, the Trumps, the Kennedys. If I were you I wouldn't look up too much, as some future plot elements draw inspiration from real events, and I would hate for you to get spoiled :)
