I just found out that there is maintained repo of Forge Web UI literally : https://github.com/Haoming02/sd-webui-forge-classic
It is in neo branch
It is famous beloved Stable Diffusion Forge Web UI (made by lllyasviel) but fully updated to work with latest libraries
So this is literally Stable Diffusion Forge Web UI made by lllyasviel and it is still getting updated and maintained
I have prepared literally 1-click installers and GPU specific automatic optimizer ran files
My installer will install with Torch 2.8 and CUDA + pre-compiled xFormers, Flash Attention, Sage Attention and InsightFace
My precompiled libraries are compiled with support of all consumer GPUs + cloud GPUs
Currently installer installs with Python 3.11 since it is recommended so have Python 3.11 as well in your system
I have developed smart_launch.py and it will be used to launch the app on Windows, RunPod and Massed Compute and it will automatically add optimization parameters according to your GPU
The Windows bat files and RunPod and Massed Compute scripts will use it by default so don't worry just use installer files and launch files
Currently scripts are set to start with disabled Sage Attention since it produces lower quality outputs
If you enable, enable like this : --sage2-function fp16_triton

This web UI also supporting newest model like Wan 2.2 and I seen he is about to finish adding Qwen
Also it is supporting even GGUF models or Nunchaku/SVDQ Models

Windows Requirements
Python 3.11.9 and Git should be sufficient
If you get error also make sure to have FFmpeg, CUDA 12.9, cuDNN 9.12, C++ Tools, TensorRT and MSVC

Just use Windows_Install_or_Update_Forge_Neo.bat to install, after auto install it will auto start the App
Later just use Windows_Smart_Fast_Start_Recommended.bat to start fast
To install extensions use Windows_Slow_Start_Use_This_For_Extension_Install.bat

what is your number 1 if you think about the best competitor to FramePack Studio (https://github.com/FP-Studio/framepack-studio) ? ((but not talking about FramePack)) it is important to be able to create videos with 10s or 15s or even 60s without re-inventing the wheel :)

you can do symlink that can be easiest one : https://technoresult.com/create-symbolic-links-in-windows-11-a-comprehensive-guide/ or each app usually have folder setting. you have to find and use them like as args or as saved parameter

Either I am missing something and I can't get it to work . I have all of my models, LORAs and other items saved in a different folder. How do you we get it to work where Forge and Comfy redirect to that central folder instead of having multiple copies of some very large model files.

In Forge Neo, the sage attention flag is --sage instead of --sage2-function fp16_triton like Forge Classic

i recommend to download Wan 2.2 Core 8 Steps Bundle (Total: 70.41 GB, 11 models). when you look at it you will see it has Wan 2.2 VAE (1.31 GB) and UMT5 XXL FP16 (Default for SwarmUI) (10.59 GB) . if i recall correctly wan 2.2 image to video uses wan 2.1 vae
