🕑 Added 2019-01-11 18:40:32 +0000 UTCsome folks were asking if i was alive so i figured i ought to give an update: i am in fact alive.
so basically i'm gonnna try and do this: the next video is on elon musk's "loop" which is distinct from the "hyperloop". there should be a draft of that up this weekend or early next week. i'm gonna try and get feedback from the patrons before it goes before a wide audience. then i hope to get the next episode of franklin out this month, along with *hopefully* a bonus episode of some kind -- i don't know what to do it on though.
tbh i'd kinda like to keep the bonus episodes as kinda frivolous fun topics like killdozer as opposed to "socially useful" episodes on stuff like red vienna -- that stuff ought to go out to the widest possible audience. uh, lemme know what you think.

Count me as another fan of the “keep the socially useful episodes free” plan. What about a bonus video on the High Speed Ground Transportation Act? Between the Metroliners, the TACV tests in Pueblo, CO, and the lessons learned, do you think there’s enough there for a standalone video?
