SCHEDULE AND ANNOUNCEMENT!
🕑 Added 2018-06-12 00:05:18 +0000 UTC PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULY! Thanks in advance.You probably see there is NO working time on Glas Exposed included in this month' schedule. This is really hard for me to tell you... but this project is lying on ice from now on. The collaboration with the programmer is unfortunatly over. He decided he won't work on the project anymore. I was as shocked as you may are right now but I can't reach him anymore, he won't reply to my pm's and he left my discord.
We worked on solving some issues we had due to communication... He asked me to fill out an FAQ sheet for him. I did it in a ...for my terms respectful and polite but also straight manner. (as we germans use to be) He instantly left my discord and long story short I managed to contact him once more but he said he refuse to work with me again.
Got back to the FAQ sheet reading it carefuly and yeah I might have been harsh at some points but tryed to be cheering afterwards even more. I never want anyone to leave me with a bad feeling in any situation in life... I know sometimes a collaboration can be frustrating and all but I never ment to hurt him. But it seems I messed up and need to find a new programmer or just ditch the project. Since I can't reach him all of his work is gone for good... It's probably for the best to focus on animations instead of games in the first place for now.
I am very sorry for all the trouble I cause to you by this. I know this was something you and I was looking forward to be playable and enjoyable...
You have to decide over the future of Glas Exposed... I will upload a Poll in a few mins... so tell me what should I do with it.
Thanks for your time and idk what to say then I am terribly sorry for messing up over and over again. I really feel horrible again now that I am writing this to ya. I've been a mess for days... Everything is so frustrating right now. Idk... better times will come I guess...

Yeash, that sounds like a bad situation. Working with clients who aren't familiar with the programming process is an important skill for a freelance programmer. 'harsh at some points' responses are often necessary, and if it dissolves a business relationship then their were probably problems besides just communication - it sounds like this guy had a chip on his shoulder.

Thanks so much Phil. I don't blame him to cut the ties cause I wasn't good enought in communicating things. So I put the blame on me. Everything will be alright in the end so I just need to go on. Thanks sweety

Matty, everything will be fine. Shit happens. If someone wants to cut ties, versus asking for clarity, that's on them. Hell, he should have reviewed the faqs with you on discord. Anyway, it is what it is. I can't wait to see your animations.

Thx again for your comment Junkhog. You truly know how to root and cheer for me. It's just such a fail... I mean there are plenty of animations in this game and it really would be so good to have them as an interactive experiance... But you're probably right... Maybe I really should focus on animation work without any game background. Thx for your kind words, honey. I apprechiate it so much.

I may not know the full extent of why the other guy cut ties with you however the way he handled the situation on his hand was very haphazard and un professional I'm terribly sorry about the severe difficulties, however rest assured, will still no matter what. And besides I'm pretty sure wed all rather you focus on your high quality animations anyways. Perhaps this is a sign, everything happens for a reason after all.
