I hope to find in you the One that may allow me to become more active and focused in whatever You need me to be engaged in. Willing to help and focus on You and the further steps to submit to You.

This is so lovely! Got me through some intense adhd demand avoidance.

I'm so pleased this worked for you. I use it a lot!

This was perfect; I was actually able to start my chores without a three hour procrastination period. Thank you so much ❤️❤️

Yeah absolutely. It's a fallacy that hypnosis IS trance. Trance is just one of the many phenomena of hypnosis. James Tripp writes some interesting stuff on this. Anyway, focus audios work for me, because it keeps my brain from being distracted and keeps me on task. They are certainly hypnosis, in that they illicit hypnotic focus in order to drive an outcome. (I actually recorded this one for me!)

This actually helped me get some work done that would’ve probably taken me awhile to get done otherwise. I think I like how it’s not as overtly dropping as other stuff. Just something to put on in the background
