I'm very curious where this is going. I'm a fan of this series but it spends too much time as a high school drama it's losing the plot a little bit. We are 18 chapters in would be nice to have some idea where this story is headed. There is such a thing a too much plot.

Would be interesting if you have Ken "take" the ring box either to Emma thinking she forgot it or had been looking at it only to be rushed out by something causing Emma think she lost it. Then you have them seemingly doing activities outside work that appear as dates to others when it's as friends and during moment when he tries giving the ring box back, the 2 are accident walked in by someone/people that pressure Emma to accept thinking he's proposing. You'd have MC see her wearing it in later reunion thinking it's from him only to later eavesdrop how Emma is engaged to Ken.
