SINGLE SIM APARTMENT AVAILABLE!
🕑 Added 2021-06-06 09:24:20 +0000 UTCAvailable for download is my black and wood style, chic Apartment. Suitable for a single Sim or a Sim couple. I really enjoyed making this build. It is fully furnished and completely functional. (Yes, even the washing machine under the bench) I have noticed in some of my past builds, some features have been non-functional and have been purely made for the look. But I wanted to give you guys something that not only looks really nice and realistic, but is functional too, so that you can happily play it in your game.
Please note that this build requires "City Living" Pack to work.
On another note, I have downloaded and installed Reshade into my game, as you may have noticed the quality of my builds have drastically improved. Reshade allows you to adjust the colour and sharpness of your game, to make it look brighter and more realistic. So keep in mind, the quality of my builds may vary in your game if you do not have Reshade.
If you want to know which Presets I use, please message me.
