Releasing on Friday "The Future" explore
🕑 Added 2020-11-10 20:08:50 +0000 UTCI told you about the escape and if you can do it... well, upcoming Friday, feel free to walk around and explore! I've taken out the forced cinematic cam, so it's up to you to go and explore! Also, no restrictions, you can walk through anything :)
If you wish to follow the story camera, just head straight ahead as the appearance of the player is quite nice!
This one is for all supporters and it's one of the "happy endings" of the game!
Please feel free to share this anywhere on any forum or platform. I am unable to share this here due to nudity so I'm hoping for avid supporters to get the word out for me. Record a video, take a still image whatever it may be, share it with the world!
The portal is triggered based on the players distance from it. With the cinematic, ofc, it's forcefully driven, but taken out from this release.
I'm so happy I have created a drag and drop rig to all of the scenes. This sounds simple, but it's actually having hundreds lines of code. How can you mix the mouse+VR hands and make it all work out + have all the possible physics with the stairs and barriers... yep, took a long time, but it's a drag and drop now :) This is why I can now create any simple scene in a day and just spawn you there! This will be something you can see in the future!
Multitasking? Yep, big time, the creative flow is on!

Yes, as told, it's on by default, use keyboard T to disable it. With the game it's just one of the main menu options, same like how you want to rotate around.

will there be an option for VR users to remove the black lens glare that removes alot of FOV? another question that im curious about, why did you guys went with single controller locomotion instead of left controller movement and right controller rotation?

yep, that's my goal; Oculus runtime ditched and SteamVR primary. However, this requires some time from my end.

this release is is free to walk, the game version is only cinematic with the forced cam; giving me one path to take this forward! But I must say, in VR, this looks really good!

This is again a wonderful dream I would like to be in forever, Jari! Fantastic work with a lot of passion for all details! Thx to you and everybody that supports you!
Great work! I know you were worried about the Oculus Quest 2 with Facebook control, etc. I can confirm that Steam VR is able to control the headset (playing Half Life Alyx). So if you plan to create a VR version that would run on Steam VR that would be awesome!

Can't wait! Will this be more of an interactive cinematic or will there be actual game elements? (referring to the final version)
