But maybe the rain (Hallelujah!) Isn't really to blame. (No, Sue's to Blane! She did the costumes!)

MovieFanatic

Now they gotta watch clue soon

MovieFanatic

“I can show you my favorite obsession .”

AutumnInNewEngland

"Why don't you stay for the night? Or maybe a bite?"

AutumnInNewEngland

Rocky Horror actually won! 😃😁👏💋

MovieFanatic

“Don’t get strung out by the way I look don’t judge a book by its cover.”

Joel Miller

It originally bombed in the box office but 20th Century Fox rereleased the movie for Midnight Releases. So it gained a lot of money. My theater here in Portland plays it every week at 11 and played it since the 80s. Earlier this week Willy Wonka was nowhere near second, but surged to a neck to neck race because of the Wonka prequel trailer. I am sure Wonka will win sometime prior to the new movie. The original one is a timeless classic

Storm, it would be fun to bring newspaper when you see the rain. Throw rice for the weddings. Throw playing cards during the "I'm Going Home" song.

SAY IT!

Patreons, Audience Participation is a must. https://rockyhorror.fandom.com/wiki/Audience_participation/Call_backs

To be honest, I'm a little surprised as well. I'm also surprised that the Rocky Horror Picture show does so well on polls. I know it has a cult following, but that's not always the same as being popular.

MovieFanatic

I see you shiver with antic-…………………pation

AutumnInNewEngland

🫦

AutumnInNewEngland

Why is that? Rocky Horror is a generational cult-classic with 79% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and Willy Wonka is a critically acclaimed generational all-around classic. The Greatest Showman is just a modern commercial hit with a 56% rotten rating on RT. Oh, wait, I answered my own question...

MovieFanatic

Dang I want rocky horror to win just to see their reactions to Tim’s entrance and him stealing the show

Edgerrin Brown

I gotta be honest. I’m really shocked the greatest showman isn’t winning especially by a decent amount of votes. I thought it would’ve 💯 won

Edgerrin Brown

Dawn said that if it ties , they just randomly choose 1. They don’t watch both anymore in case of a tie

MovieFanatic

I’m hoping for a tie for rocky horror and Willy wonka

AutumnInNewEngland

Time to just hope for a tie, cause Rocky Horror's votes have stagnated and Willy Wonka's votes have kept increasing. 🤞

Rafael Benedicto

Anything with Johnny Depp singing is always great.

AutumnInNewEngland

Chicago or Rocky Horror, I'd be happy with either result. c:

alo bermudez

Definitely Rocky Horror! So that way you guys would be ready for any possible Rocky Horror Midnight screenings in CT! (Usually ends by midnight, not starting at midnight lol)

Alpha Leader

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is a CLASSIC

Both are fun films

Edgerrin Brown

As a childhood movie of mine , I like high school musical but I’m voting for the greatest showman for sure!

Joker59

A lot of good ones. Repo. Sweeney Todd. Willy Wonka. Hamilton. Rocky Horror. Tbh I don’t care who wins

Marvel Fan

Can you add Fantastic Four (2005) or Daredevil Director's Cut (2003) for the live action movie poll next week? Those are the two Marvel movies that you need to watch this year.
