10 Cloverfield Lane | FULL UNCUT Reactions
🕑 Added 2023-03-18 17:01:00 +0000 UTCThank you for requesting this movie! Due to motion sickness, we decided not to watch the first movie. Fans have told us it's okay to watch 10 Cloverfield Lane on it's own. I didn't want to torture poor Kimmy and make her sick with the first one.
Welcome to our FULL UNCUT Reactions tier!
We have two tiers: 1 for Movies and 1 for Everything (shows, movies and more)!
The top of our Patreon Page provides:
- A link tab that you can click to access our main link posts to watch movies and/or shows.
- Our Entire Library tier ($10 tier) is pinned at the top of our Patreon page.
- A search bar where you can type in the video you want to view.
If you need any assistance with this, please private message us so we can help you. It means a lot to us that you care about what we do and enjoy our content!
There are 2 ways to watch videos-
- YouTube: Stream Online directly
- Google Drive: sharing only (downloading/moving to your own device) DO NOT STREAM on our account.
Google Drive has rules that must be followed. It is a file sharing service only, so please don't watch videos directly on our account. Google will punish everyone by freezing services until direct streaming stops- meaning videos won't work for anyone, even if you are following the rules (usually error messages pop up until many stop streaming).
If you wish to stream online, we provide private YouTube links in individual posts here on our Patreon, just like this post. Go to the search bar at the top of the page and type in the show/movie title. You can also ask us for help through Private Message. :)
Here is the private YouTube link for this video:
YouTube links are available first before they are available on our Google Drive.
You must provide your own movie/show content to watch along with us. It is illegal for us to include full copyright material. We do include a few visual elements to make viewing a lot easier- A timer, mirror and short clips of the content will help keep us in sync with each other. This is explained in each tier before you donate, on our main page as well as our LINK posts. We try our best to follow the law to avoid copyright issues and make enjoyable content for everyone. Thank you for understanding and for being fans! We hope you have fun here and have a great day!

I really enjoyed this reaction, and how involved you guys got. The ending is somewhat divisive for people. I personally like how audacious it is. I think in most versions of this story, the filmmakers would go with 1 of 2 options: (a) Michelle would discover it was all a big lie. (b) Or she'd escape, see the aliens, and it would be like a punchline before the credits rolled. But here, not only were there aliens, the movie continued for like 15 minutes. (As you said, it felt like a totally different movie.) I think some didn't like the tonal shift. Plus, the ending went on for so long, I can see how it undermines the neat story arch of the previous 90 minutes. But again, I kind of like how they threw caution to the wind and kept the movie going. When Kim said she was almost glad you'd watched this without knowing the other one--that's exactly why I'm happy you saw this without that "context." This story works best when you don't have preconceived notions of what's going on. Also, while it was a totally logical assumption on Storm's part to assume the aliens here were the same creatures from the other Cloverfield movie--they actually aren't. Apparently this script had been written without any alien climax. But then JJ Abrams got involved, and he wanted them added to thematically tie this in with the other Cloverfield movie. However, even with that tie in, I think it's officially been said that this story doesn't even take place in the same world.

Very underrated movie. I guess the ending was the main thing people didn't like about it.
